Crystal Yu began to play the piano when she was 4 years old. She studied piano with Alice Enns and the late Mary Tickner. Some of Crystal’s piano accomplishments include obtaining the British Columbia District/Authority Scholarship in piano in 2020, receiving a scholarship from the Kiwanis Music Festival, as well as frequently receiving awards performing in local music festivals.
