Rachel Tarasoff
Rachel Tarasoff’s singing journey has included Somatic Voicework, Choral, and Speech Level Singing. Her approach to teaching prioritizes vocal efficiency, healthy practices, and most importantly: having fun and developing confidence! She brings learned wisdom from nearly two decades of experience in the Performing Arts, along with a never-ending supply of enthusiasm and creative analogies.
After her own diagnosis with Vocal Polyps at a young age, Rachel made it a mission to self-educate on vocal health. This heavily informs her teaching style, incorporating exercises learned from Speech Language Pathologists in order to promote longevity and injury prevention.
Rachel is a working actor in Film, Theatre and Voiceover, with extensive vocal training in Musical Theatre and Pop/Rock mix-belt. She believes singing is food for the soul and is passionate about helping students from all walks of life unlock their own potential.
